Recent reports suggest that Outlook is down for many users. More specifically, users are experiencing login issues which prevent them from connecting to their accounts for more than a few seconds.
There are also some lucky users who can connect to their Outlook accounts but are unable to send or receive messages.
Judging by the outage map, it seems that the issue is prevalent for European users.

Also, it seems that mobile users are more affected by this problem than desktop users.
For the time being, there is no information available about this issue on the official Office page. Users already contacted Microsoft on Twitter but the company has yet to reply.

UPDATE: Judging by the number of reports available on DownDetector’s website, it seems that the issue has been partially resolved. However, some Outlook users may still experience login issues on mobile devices.
