Safaricom’s Fiber to the home is quickly gaining popularity among consumers in towns that are covered, giving Zuku a run for its money. Today in a bid to diversify their services, Safaricom is sweetening its Home Fibre Plus package. This tariff will now allow customers to enjoy mobile data connectivity, calls and SMS wherever they are.
Safaricom has also partnered with Jubilee Insurance to provide Home Fibre customers with a preferential home insurance cover. According to Jubilee Insurance head of General Insurance, Winnie Njau, customers will not be required to compile an inventory of their household goods to benefit from the policy.
Sylvia Mulinge, Safaricom Chief Customer Officer said the new packages reflect the changing needs of customers who want to access related services within minimum touch points. Hence, our latest all-in-one offering seeks to cater to their communication demands both in and out of the home,” said Mulinge.
