Samsung Nigeria has unveiled the new Samsung Galaxy A22 smartphone, the latest addition to its budget-friendly A series of smartphones. Although smartphones in this category are usually budget-friendly, they surprisingly possess decent specifications in major areas including display, battery power, and camera department.

The Galaxy A22 comes with a Quad Camera setup to capture memorable moments in different ways. They include a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The rear camera also features what Samsung calls OIS (optical Image Stabilization) to help you take smooth videos and sharp pictures. It also features a 123-degree angle view, which adds more perspective to your photography.
In addition to that, the bokeh effect has been added to the selfie camera of this device. This means you can now take selfies of yourself with less background.

The Galaxy A22 comes with Android’s latest OS, Android 11. It combines Octa-core’s processing power with its 4GB of RAM to offer its users efficient performance.
The Samsung Galaxy A22 in Nigeria is available in two variants. The 4GB/64GB variant will sell for N89,100, while the 4GB/128GB variant will sell for N97,600. Both devices are available in Samsung Experience Stores across the country, also available in partner stores.
