Sending a voice message is a quick and easy way to communicate between iPhone users, but this feature isn’t available with an Android. Don’t worry! Sending voice messages from iPhones to Androids is not impossible. Here are 3 easy steps to sending a voice message to an Android:

  • Open Up Voice Memos App

First, you will open up the Voice Memos app on your iPhone. This is automatically on your phone unless you have deleted it.

  • Record Your Message

Once the app is open, you can record the message you would like to send. You will press the red, circle record button. You can pause it or stop it completely at any time.

Short messages or best. Longer messages take up more data and sometimes will not send to an Android.

  • Share The Memo

You will select the three little dots in the top right-hand corner. You will then select “share” at which you will be asked to pick who will receive the message. Select and send!

Sending an audio message to an Android may take a few extra steps than if you were sending one directly to an iPhone, but still easy none the less. Your Android friends don’t have to miss out listening to your voice!
